Why did Clockwise return my products?
If Clockwise has had your inventory returned to you, it could be for any of the following reasons:
- It has been shipped to us without any notice and/or does not follow our receiving guidelines.[Link to receiving guidelines]
- It contains products that are ineligible for warehousing and fulfillment, per our list of restrictions. [Link to list of restriction]
- You or an administrator of your web store has requested the inventory be removed and shipped to you.
- Your account is delinquent, and so Clockwise has had to terminate your warehousing and fulfillment services.
- There was an error during shipment that caused the shipment to be returned to sender.
