What file type do I need to submit?

At Clockwise, you have two great options for submitting your artwork:

Design Files (Preferred)

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • Vector Image Format (.eps)
  • Vector Files or High-Resolution photoshop files saved as Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf)

Picture Files (for Digital Printing & Embroidery Only)

  • .JPEG
  • .PNG
  • .GIF

Design Files:

For most projects we highly recommend submitting an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or any vector (.eps or .svg) file type.

We can also accept .pdf files, since many logos originally created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel draw are commonly shared as pdfs.

We also accept Adobe Photoshop files (.psd) at 300 dpi, full print size, with each color separated into its own layer.

Picture Files:

Generally, image file formats such as .jpg, .png, and .gif are not acceptable for screen printing; however, these file types can work for digitally printed products as well as embroidered products.
