How can I reduce the likelihood of shipping mishaps?
Here are some tips for you and your customers to help make sure the order arrives safely by your deadline:
- Place your order early: The earlier you place an order, the earlier it will ship! Want your order to ship in time for an event? Be sure to have your art finalized and your order placed at least 3 weeks ahead of time, or even longer for international shipments!
- Make us aware of your hard deadlines: Communicating when you need an order will help us accommodate your deadline. *rush fees may apply
- Manage your deliveries: Take advantage of services like UPS My Choice and USPS Informed delivery that can help you track your packages, prepare for delivery in advance, make changes to your shipments, pick up at a local branch instead, etc
- Double check your shipping address: We are unable to redirect packages that are shipping to the wrong location, so make sure the address is correct and recognized by UPS and USPS before you approve your order.
- Ship to a secure location: With package theft on the rise, making sure to ship to a secure location such as a business or a residence where someone will be present to receive the package will decrease your risk of theft.
- Ship to the correct Addressee: The couriers may not be able to hand off a package if the person receiving it isn’t the addressee. Please be sure that the person receiving it is the same person to whom it is addressed.
