Can I change the shipping address?

Clockwise cannot guarantee that an address change request will be applied in time for order shipment and does not redirect packages once they have shipped. It is extremely important that you double and triple check that the ship-to address is the correct address and is correctly formatted so that the package is received at its intended destination.

Once you receive an approval link for your order, the ship-to address as entered at checkout appears on the top right of the page. If that ship-to address needs to be updated, you must change the address at that time.

If you have a very time-sensitive deadline, such as an event in a different location, we recommend that you submit your order well before the standard 2-3 week turnaround time, to account for any and all potential hiccups, so that your order can arrive before you travel to your event.
