Can I provide my own blanks for Clockwise to print on?
Clockwise may accept client-provided blanks at our own discretion and on a case-by-case basis. However, our clients often find it is less costly to them to order their garments through us than via 3rd Party, and since we cannot guarantee that the blanks we receive from a client will be compatible with our decoration processes, we recommend choosing one of our available styles which are screened for compatibility.
For all orders featuring client-supplied blanks:
- We require a minimum order quantity of 96 pieces.
- We charge a $2.00 per-item processing fee for all client-supplied blanks. This fee is non-refundable.
- We do not offer free shipping for orders with client-supplied blanks, and the client will be invoiced accordingly once the order is ready to ship. The package will not leave Clockwise until this has been paid.
- We are not responsible for any defects or flaws on any client-supplied blanks. (e.g. holes)
- We will return all client-supplied items that were received for the order, including those which have production errors, defects or flaws.
- We are not responsible for any discrepancies between what a client has ordered from their supplier and what is received. However, upon receipt of the client-supplied blanks, we will make you aware of any discrepancies we encounter.
- We cannot guarantee that the blanks we receive will be compatible with our decoration processes, we recommend accounting for potential errors when considering your order quantity.
- The standard turnaround time does not apply to orders with client-provided blanks.
**Clockwise does not guarantee that we will accept the same client-supplied blanks, even if they have been used in the past.
