How do I close my Print on Demand account?

If you would like to close your Clockwise Print on Demand account, you must notify us of your intent to close your account.  If you'd like to close your account, please reach out to us at print@clockwise.io so that we can start the process.

Once we receive your notice, Clockwise will stop all production of your Print on Demand orders within 3-5 business days, and will notify you once the account closure is complete. Any orders that are processed during the period between your notification and when before your account is closed will be billed for at normal rates. Please plan accordingly, especially during holidays, when our offices are closed for normal business and we may not see your notice in a timely manner. Any balance remaining in your account upon termination will be refunded to you after any and all outstanding service charges are applied.
