Why was another product used for my order?

We choose our Print on Demand blank offerings with care based on many things, including stock reliability.

In the event that a Print on Demand product is unavailable at the time an order is received, Clockwise will substitute the closest possible garment in order to ensure your product is shipped within 5 business days. 

If no appropriate substitute is available for a product, Clockwise will notify you, so that you can determine how best to proceed.
