Can my customer return or exchange a product?
Print-on-Demand is by definition a service that keeps no inventory, so we cannot exchange items for you or your customers. If your customer would like a different size or product, they or you will need to place a new order for the desired product through your webstore, and it will be processed like any other order in your store.
If you have a customer who would like to make a return, or if they are making an "exchange" they must return the product directly to you. Clockwise does not process returns for Print on Demand items, and any items returned to us that are not the result of a shipping error are disposed of at our own discretion.
