What happens when my customer receives incorrect or defective items?

If your customer received the wrong product in their order, or a defective product, Clockwise requires photographic proof within 72 hours of delivery. Having received confirmation of the error or defect, we will ship out a replacement to your customer at no cost to you.

However, Clockwise is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment. In the event that a Print on Demand product has been damaged in transit, your customer must contact a local branch of the courier it shipped with (e.g. UPS, USPS or FedEx) for assistance.
