How are my Print on Demand orders shipped?

When an order is being processed by Clockwise, your customers will get a tracking number. Since we process the shipping label first, before your order is picked and packed, the tracking number might not update with tracking details right away.

  • Items weighing less than 1 lb. are generally shipped via USPS First Class Mail (1-3 Business days to destination).
  • Items weighing greater than 1 lb. are generally shipped via UPS SurePost or USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days to destination).
  • Items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii incur an extra charge of $9.95/item and may take longer to arrive.
You are welcome to offer international shipping on your web store, and Clockwise can ship your orders internationally as long as the destination is serviced by UPS or FedEx. Items shipping internationally include an extra charge of $9.95 per item.

International shipments may take up to several weeks to arrive, depending on shipping industry logistics, customs processing time, and local service.  Additionally, you customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required for importing consumer goods. We recommend pricing your international shipping accordingly and preparing your customers for shipping times and any fees they may incur.

Please not that Clockwise is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of invalid or incorrect shipping address.  However if an order is returned to us, we will alert you so that you can resolve the issue with your customer. You will be billed for any additional shipping costs associated with sending the order to your customer again.
