How do I close my account?
Closing your Clockwise fulfillment account starts with the notification of your intent to close your account. If you'd like to close your account, please reach out to us at print@clockwise.io so that we can start the process.
Once we receive your notice, Clockwise will stop fulfilling your orders within 3-5 business days, and will notify you once the account closure is complete. Any orders that are processed during the period between notification and when before your account is closed will be billed for at normal rates. Please plan accordingly, especially during holidays, when our offices are closed for normal business and we may not see your notice in a timely manner. Within 30 days of your notice, you must arrange to have your remaining inventory retrieved, shipped, donated, or destroyed, and your account brought current. Once you account is brought current, you will be refunded any remaining balance in your account.
Please note that your inventory will not be returned until your account is brought current.
