What if something happens to my inventory?
We take steps to check incoming inventory for damage and to prevent damage from happening to your inventory while stores in one of our warehouses.
In the event that any part of your inventory is damaged or otherwise rendered unsalable while in a Clockwise warehouse, Clockwise will notify you and replace the product at no cost to you.
If the item leaves one of our warehouses before our staff discovers the damage, just send us a few clear pictures of the damage within 72 hours of receipt. If the product is not easily replaceable, Clockwise will credit the wholesale cost of the product to your account.*
However, Clockwise warehouses are not intended as extended storage facilities. We do our best to rotate stock, limit the amount and intensity of light, and take other precautions against the aging of products, but cannot guarantee that products held in storage will not fade or degrade over time, particularly for plastic-based and blended fabrics, and products containing elastics.
*Documentation must be provided of the wholesale cost before credit will be applied. Clockwise is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment or for the degradation of products that have remained in storage for 12 months or longer
