What happens when my customer receives the wrong items?

If your customer does not receive their items as ordered (i.e. receiving and incorrect size, product or color, or not receiving the proper quantity), you must let Clockwise know about the issue within 72 hours of delivery so that we can correct the issue.

Provided we receive the timely notice, we will pay for the return shipment of the incorrect item, and ship out a replacement at no cost to you.
