Can I run a Free Gift Promotion?
If you'd like to run a free gift promotion for your customers, Clockwise can take care of adding the free gift to the appropriate orders.
For this to work, your gift item must have a distinct SKU assigned to it. Your customer must have the item in their cart when they check out for it to be visible in our system. If you do not normally offer this item for free (for example, it is only free if they order $50 worth of items from your webstore) you can make it free for them with a coupon code that they can apply at checkout.
Please note that Free gift promotion items do not count as a free custom insert and are subject to the usual Pick & Pack fees.
