How are my fulfillment products packaged?

Clockwise uses poly-mailers to ship the majority of your fulfillment orders, and use of these is included in our fulfillment service without cost to you.

If an order requires additional packaging (e.g. bulky orders, large orders, fragile items, etc), you will be billed for the costs of the packaging. Fragile items may incur an additional surcharge of $0.35 per item.

Clockwise packages your products as securely as possible to prevent damage from occurring during shipment, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in-transit. If your customer receives a product that has been damaged during shipment, they may report the issue to the courier (e.g. UPS, USPS or FedEx) for assistance.

If you'd like to use custom packaging for your orders, as long as the materials are in accordance with USPS, UPS and FedEx Guidelines, you can provide it to us to use for your orders at no additional cost.

Clockwise can also add a free custom insert to your orders before shipping.
