How does Clockwise fulfillment pricing work?

Integration

To integrate your webstore into our system so your orders automatically enter our system, there is a $25 integration fee.  For each month of fulfillment and warehousing services, you are billed $25 to maintain the Integration.

If you prefer, you can opt out of integration with our system and instead will need to manually enter each of your orders into our system.

Storage Pricing

Monthly fees for inventory are calculated on a per-item basis. Some common categories include: 

  • S/S T-Shirts - $0.17 ea.
  • L/S Shirts - $0.28 ea.
  • Sweatshirts - $0.69 ea.
  • Hoodies - $0.81 ea.
  • Hats - $0.17 ea.
  • Socks - $0.12 ea.
  • Glassware - $0.33 ea.
  • Mugs - $0.13 ea.
  • Water bottles/Canteens - $0.33 ea.
  • Journals - $0.083 ea.
  • Small Prints/Posters/Notebooks - $0.02 ea.
  • Large Towels/Blankets - $0.33 ea.
  • Small Towels - $0.13 ea.
  • Coasters/Koozies - $0.05 ea.
  • Books - $0.13 ea.
  • Magnets or Patches - $0.02 ea
  • Pins/Keychains - $0.01 ea.
  • Stickers - $0.001 ea.

Order Fulfillment Pricing

Clockwise charges a per-item fee to Pick-and-Pack the item(s) for shipment. Fees are based on the total number of items per category in an individual order. These fees are as described below.

For items such as pins, keychains, coins, stickers, etc.:

  • 1–10 items - $0.95 ea.
  • 11–24 items - $0.75 ea.
  • 25–49 items - $0.55 ea.
  • 50–99 items - $0.35 ea.
  • 100–249 items - $0.20 ea.
  • 250+ items - $0.10 ea.

For all other items:

  • 1–10 items - $1.95 ea.
  • 11–24 items - $1.75 ea.
  • 25–49 items - $1.25 ea.
  • 50–99 items - $1.05 ea.
  • 100–249 items - $0.95 ea.
  • 250–499 items - $0.75 ea.
  • 500+ items - $0.55 ea.

All fees are subject to change without notice.

Shipment Pricing

For shipments within the United States of America:

  • Items less than 1 lb. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Fees for this service range from approximately $3.00 - $5.00 depending on weight and destination.
  • Items greater than 1 lb. but less than 10 LBS. will be shipped via UPS SurePost or USPS Priority Mail. Fees for this service range from approximately $7.50 - $13.00 depending on weight and destination.
  • Items greater than 10 LBS. will be shipped via UPS Ground. Fees vary based on weight and destination.

For International shipments, fees vary based on weight and destination. 

Clockwise does not cover any customs and import fees that Your customers may incur as a result of their order. 

We recommend pricing accordingly and preparing Your customers for shipping times and any fees they may incur.

The handling and safe packaging of any fragile items incurs a fee of $0.35 per item plus materials

During peak shipping times (October thru December) USPS will increase rates depending on shipping zones.

Pricing Examples

Example #1

A customer purchases 20 stickers and 2 Tees. 

  • The pick fee for the stickers amounts to $15.00.
  • The pick fee for the tees amounts to $3.90.
  • The total picking fee is $18.90.

Example #2

A customer purchases a dozen pint glasses. 

  • The pick fee for the glasses amounts to $21.00
  • The fragile Items fees that apply to the order amount to $4.20 plus cost of packaging materials.

Special Project Pricing

For items being grouped together into a bundle or kit, there is a bundling fee of $0.25 per item plus materials.
