Minimum and Maximum Print Sizes
Print size can be limited by the location on the blank or even the blank itself, but assuming we have room to work with, the print maximum print sizes for our products are listed below. Please keep in mind that we may recommend different sizing depending on your artwork or the blank. An order will be limited by the smaller size of the smallest garment on the order.
Screen Printing
The closest a screen print can be to a seam is 0.5-0.75" before the seam interferes with the print.
- Adult Mens/Unisex Shirt Front and Back: 15″ x 21″
- Adult Womens/Juniors Shirt Front and Back: 11.5" x 21"
- Adult Long Sleeve: 4.5 ” x 20″
- Adult Short Sleeve: 4.5" x 4.5"
- Adult Pocket: 3.5" x 3.5"
- Custom Label: 3.5″ x 4.5″
- Youth Front and Back: 11.5" x 18"
- Toddler Front and Back: 9.5" x 14"
- Infant Front and Back: 4.5" x 10"
- Bandana: 19.5" x 19.5"
Digital printing
The closest a digital print can be to any seam is 0.5" before the seam interfered with the print.

- Adult Womens/Juniors Shirt Front and Back: 10" x 16"
- Adult Long Sleeve: 4” x 15″
- Adult Short Sleeve: 4" x 4"
- Custom Label: 3.5″ x 4.5″
- Youth Front and Back: 8" x 12"
- Toddler Front and Back: 8" x 10"
- Infant Front and Back: 3.5" x 8"
